Ever since I was a little baby I had problems getting to sleep.  I can remember the stories that my mother tells of having to either have music on to soothe me to sleep or have the fan on - I just wouldn’t go to sleep on my own.

Sadly, the same problem has continued into my adult years.  Sure, I don’t listen to the same children’s songs anymore, but I have had issues addressing my sleeping problems.  My biggest problems have been that no matter what I have tried, any method I use to help myself to sleep becomes less and less effective.

But after many years, I think that I may have found a solution.  You see, I picked up a couple of white noise generators at a store, and so far, they seem to work miraculously well.  Sure, it has only been a couple of days, but they have been the best few nights of sleep that I have had in a long time.

What remains to be seen is if their effectiveness wears off, but from reviews posted online, it looks like I might have found the one thing that will make my sleep normal for the first time in my life.  I guess I will just have to wait and see if that holds true for me.
